Order Process and Delivery Time

Your orders are processed after payment confirmation. Delivery time may vary depending on your region and the products you have selected. You can find detailed information about the delivery time of your order in the order confirmation e-mail. In addition, our sales representatives will contact you after your order and arrange a convenient day for delivery. Products to be delivered by courier are delivered to the courier on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and delivered to your address within 3 working days at the latest.

Shipping Charge

Our shipping fee is calculated according to the order amount and your delivery region. Shipping fee is free for orders over ₺9500 for furniture products. Otherwise, the shipping fee will be automatically calculated in your basket during the order. For products to be delivered by courier, our cargo over ₺2000 is free of charge.

Delivery Regions

We only deliver to the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. While deliveries to city centres are usually shorter, deliveries to rural areas may take a little longer. Please contact us to find out the estimated delivery time according to the region you have ordered.
